Step 13: Create Letter or Form


In addition to the capabilities available from the "Work with Cases" screen, a form or letter can be created from two screens within the "Work with Day Care Cases" option. The merge data available depends upon the screen.

'Application Members' screen

The merge data available from the Application Members screen assumes 1) that a letter will be addressed to either the applicant or any member of the application and 2) that the names of up to eight of the other members may be included in the letter. The merge data on the following page are available for each member selected:
