DC Program Census Report


Prints detail list of children and count of families and children in active Day Care cases,
for the Program and Effective Date specified.

SELECTION SCREEN

Prompt for Effective Date, Program.
Default Provider to Provider ID (CWOPID) in Worker (CSWKR) record; input capable.
Default Effective Date to System Date; input capable. 
Position cursor to Program; input capable; blank='ALL'.
Include Printer Window (like ONE/Tax).
Pull Printer ID default from Worker record.
Default Hold='Y', Save='N'.

PROCESSING

Read DCAPX meeting Program and Effective Date specified.
Chain to CSPER for Full Name of client; concatenate 'Last, First Middle'.

REPORT FORMAT

Per the report standard, show selection parameters in top margin.
Orientation =Portrait
Assume laser printer.
Print 'As of 00/00/00' in second line of heading, where 00/00/00 is Effective Date.

SEQUENCE

Sequence report by Program, then Application Number, then alphabetic by 'Full Name'.

TOTALS AND BREAKS

Count number of clients and families (applications).
Page Break on Program Code.
Sub-total counts of clients and families.
Grand total count of clients and families.
