howto: Start the State Interface


The program is menu option 3 on menu 95. This procedure will send the formatted records to the interface middleware and receive any messages back resulting from processing by the middleware. The program will send/receive every transaction not previously sent, wait 15 minutes and try again. It continues this cycle until stopped by running menu option 23 on menu 95. 

After starting the interface, call Erik Cooper at 614.841.9877 x5129. He will release the formatted records to the state system mainframe for processing. As the records are processed, the middleware will return the results to you server.
