howto: Correct TurnAround State Interface Errors


The program is option 5 on menu 47.


GHB087- Invalid key - please try again.

GHB140- Value is Required. Missing field = Monthly Payment Rate

GHB140- Value is Required. Missing field = Service Days

GHB146- Invalid Value in field = Race

GHB156- Service Month not within approval notice rate range.

GHB161- Value exceeds maximum allowed value.

GHB163- Category Code, Fund Source, Need Code combination invalid.

GHB169- Facility has been terminated or is not currently active.

GHB176- Facility does not contain a corresponding monthly payment ra

GHB183- Warning: Rate Group does not match child's age.

GHB233- There are no rates for this shift.

GHB259- No invoices found for facility entered.

GHB454- Number of responsible adults must be 0, 1, or 2.

GHB456- Family monthly income exceeds established edit.

GHB505- Workfirst Category Code requires No.Responsible Adults = 0,1

PF3=EXIT

Search Child: Name and DCSID combination not found
Child not in facility.


Search Child: No match found

Child is in the facility but middleware can not find a record that matches the match fields.

Last Name, First Name, DCS Number, Service Month/Year, Need Code, Rate Group Code, Monthly Rate, and Monthly Parent Fee.  If the transaction is a prior month adjustment, the program also matches on Service Days.
