STEPS: To Set-up State Interface
Step 1: Provide access to Internet from AS400e.
Step 2: Create file NWCTL.
Step 3: Call NetSockets to get permanent password
Step 4: Set ‘State Interface’ flag.
Step 5: Maintain County Number and Region Code.
Create file NWCTL
Add TCP address of interface machine 149.168.23.41
Add send and receive port numbers.

Need AS400 serial number.
Create data area (CRTCTAARA) ‘TCP_ENABLE’ include password 1-10 characters.
Library G4001CSD.
NOTE: There is a quick way to determine whether or not a county is ready for state
interface (software wise). You can type on a command line "DSPDTAARA
G4001CSD/TCP_ENABLE". If a NETSOCKETS password has been acquired for that county,
it will be stored there.
Set ‘State Interface’ flag
Use DFU.
Set ‘State Interface’ flag to ‘Y’.
Maintain County Number and Region Code
Use option 1 on menu 48.
Region Code is alpha.
