howto: Terminate an Enrollment
When a child no longer qualifies for day care assistance, you should terminate the child’s eligibility and also terminate all the
affected vendor enrollments. When a child moves from one vendor to another, you should terminate the enrollment in the affected
vendor.
When you are terminating only an arrangement with a vendor, key the termination data on the Enrollment window for that vendor.

Termination is effective on the Termination Date -- that is, the Termination Date is the first day without payment. ONECase
automatically updates fields in the screen lower in hierarchy. Likewise, the system does not pay for days before the 'Effective Date'.
