howto: Reinstate Child’s Eligibility


You can reinstate a Child’s eligible status by blanking the Termination Date and Reason Code on the Child Application screen.

Unlike the automatic feature available when terminating eligibility, ONECase does not automatically restore the vendor Enrollments. You must reinstate any vendor arrangements which are once again active.

Warning: Do not assume that ONECase reinstates enrollment(s) automatically when you reinstate the Child’s eligibility.

ONECase does not reinstate enrollments or the child’s application automatically. To reinstate an enrollment, clear the existing ‘Termination Reason’ and ‘Termination Date’ on the vendor’s Enrollment window. Update the data turning the light "off" (F13=Update).
