howto: Set up ‘School Calendars’ 


Use “Calendars” option on Menu 48.
You must define a Standard Code for each Calendar first.
Set up Calendar for each unique school calendar plus special purpose calendars.
Use the F2=Replicate feature to copy a month from one Calendar to another.
Run “Calendar List” on Menu 48 to see a list of calendars.

You need to set up a Calendar for each unique school Calendar plus special purpose Calendars. Before you begin setting up the Calendars, you must define a Standard Code for each Calendar. Use the F2=Replicate feature to copy a month from one Calendar to another. 

Use the "Calendar" option on Menu 48. Run the "Calendar List" option on Menu 48 for a list.
