howto: Refer a Client



This procedure creates two activities – ‘Refer From’ (Closed) and ‘Refer To’ sends electronic message to the Refer To Worker.

The function is cursor-sensitive. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor anywhere on detail line containing the Person a worker want to refer, then press the function key. In the example, the reverse-image indicates the cursor position when the function key was pressed.
