howto: Replicate a Case F1


With this function a worker can quickly add a new case for the Provider and Client, automatically carrying the Client and all members to the new case. It will not let a new case created with the same Service from the case that is still 'OPEN'. Otherwise, a worker may create a new case with any Service or Worker valid for the Provider.

Position the cursor and press F8 to lookup values

Use the lookup function key to list Services and Workers valid for the Provider.

Since it does not replicate a Service, the program is not cursor-sensitive. The cursor may be at any location on the screen when the worker presses the function key. In the example, the reverse-image indicates the cursor position when the function key was pressed.
