howto: Delete a Service F4 


With this function a worker can delete a Service from the case. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor on the Service to be removed and press the function key. Be aware that the procedure deletes the data immediately and without an opportunity to cancel the action. The Service may also be deleted simply by blanking out the Service and Person Number on the Work with Cases screen.

The function is cursor-sensitive. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor on the member to be deleted, then press the function key. The function permanently erases from the database the Service and Client combination selected. Once removed, the Service can be re-added but not automatically, ie you must add the Service by keying it directly onto the screen.

The program will not delete the Case if open activities exist.
