howto: Change a Service F7 


Using this function, a worker can add a new Service to the existing case, automatically closing the originating Service/Worker relationship. The new Service must be different than the originating Service. The Worker may be the same or another Worker.

The function is cursor-sensitive. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor on the detail line to be changed and press the function key. The line must contain a Person with a 'CLT' Relationship. In the example, the reverse-image indicates the cursor position when the function key was pressed.

Position the cursor and press F8 to lookup values

Use the F8 function key to list Services and Workers valid for the Provider.
