The ‘Work with Cases’ Screen


The ‘Work with Cases’ screen gives the worker the management functions required to maintain Client data. This guide describes most of the functions on the pages that follow.

Press F11=Person to maintain data about the Person
The function is cursor-sensitive. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor anywhere on detail line containing the Person whose data is to be maintained, then press the function key. The program automatically retrieves the data record for the Person. 

Press F14=Explore to display relationships
The function is cursor-sensitive. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor anywhere on detail line containing the Person whose relationships are to be explored, then press the function key. The program automatically retrieves the data record for the Person. 

Press F17=Cse Act to maintain work with Case Activities 
The function is cursor-sensitive. Use the cursor movement keys to position the cursor anywhere on detail line containing the Client whose activities are to be accessed, then press the function key.
