Only one Worker can be updating the Provider data record at the same time. Wait a few moments and try again. If the problem does not clear after several minutes, call for technical assistance -- someone will have to find out which of a worker co-Workers has the record.

The Service Code a worker keyed is valid but has been inactivated. A worker may have to ask a worker System
Administrator to reactivate the code or may have to ask management whether the Service will still be provided.

The Worker ID entered is not within a worker Provider

The Worker ID a worker keyed is not valid for the Provider displayed on the screen. Use the 'F8=Lookup' to display a list of valid Ids.

The Worker ID entered is no longer Active

The Worker ID a worker keyed is valid but has been inactivated. A worker may have to ask a worker System Administrator to reactivate the Worker or ask agency management which Worker a worker should be using. 

There must be at least 1 Client in each case - CANNOT DELETE

A worker are attempting to delete the last 'CLT' relationship defined for the case. Check the cursor position, it may not be positioned where a worker want it. 

There must be at least 1 Client in each case - CANNOT EXIT

A worker are adding a case but have not defined a 'CLT' relationship for it. A worker must define the Client for the case before continuing.

This case is Closed, cannot do additional Case Planning

All the Services in the case have been closed -- that is, none of the Services have an 'OPEN' status. The program will not let a worker add case activities for Services which are not 'OPEN'.

This Case # is not within a worker Provider - access denied

The Case Number a worker keyed on the 'SELECT' screen does not exist for the Provider defined on the screen. Check the Number and re-try if a worker keyed it in error. Otherwise, use the lookup to find the correct Number.

This Person is In-Active and cannot be included in a Case Relationship

The program will not let a worker include a Person as a member of the case if the Person data record is not 'active'. Check the Person Number a worker keyed and re-try if a worker keyed it in error. Otherwise, use the lookup to find the correct Number.

To Print a DSS5027 Form, a worker must be working with a Client Relationship
