howto: Lookup the Log Number


Lookup by beginning Log Number.
Position the cursor on the ‘Begin with Log #’ field.
Type the Log Number, press Enter.
A list of Log entries will appear, beginning with the Log Number you keyed.

OR

Lookup by Log Date.
Position the cursor on the ‘Begin with Date’ field.
Type the Log Date, press Enter.
A list of Log entries will appear, including those logged on the date you keyed.

OR

Lookup by Person Number.
Position the cursor on the ‘Person #’ field.
Type the Person Number of the participant, press Enter.
The ‘Search Prior Incidents’ screen will appear.
The screen is the same as you use to check prior incidents.
You may key the Person Number of the victim, perpetrator, or reporter.

THEN 

Select the Log entry.
To see the Overview screen, key an ‘O’ next the Log entry, press Enter.
Key an ‘X’ or an ‘S’ next to the Log incident you want, press Enter.
The program will return the Log Number to the calling program.

Key "O" for Overview *F8=Lookup 
Key any character to select 1 record, press Enter when finished F3=Exit
