The F8 key is operative on any field marked with an asterisk.
• Position the cursor on any Date field, then press the function key to fill with field with the system date.
• Position the cursor on any Person Number field, then press the key to access the "Lookup Person Number" procedure.
• Position the cursor on a standard code field, then press the key to access the "Lookup Standard Codes" procedure.
• Position the cursor on the ONECase Number field, then press the key to access the "Lookup ONECase Number" procedure.
• Position the cursor on the Worker ID field, then press the key to access the "Lookup Worker ID" procedure.
• Position the cursor on the Service field, then press the key to access the "Lookup Service" procedure.
• Position the cursore on the Log Incident field, then press the key to access the "Lookup Log Number" procedure.

"Work with Cases". (F9=Case)
This key has two functions. If the case is already created, pressing the key accesses "Work with Cases" for the case related to the
Log Number you specify.
If the case is not created, pressing the key lets you assign the case to an investigation worker -- key the Worker ID of the worker
into the window. The program includes all participants as members of the case, showing victims as Clients
(CLT). The reporter is
included as a member only if you have set the flag in Controls. The Service is defined in Controls.

Refer Incident to a Worker. (F15=Referral)
The Refer Incident function permits a worker to refer an incident to another worker or supervisor directly -- that is, without executing
an overlay. The worker that you specify will receive a miscellaneous message in his activity window.
Instead of keying a Worker ID, you can key a Service. The program will send the message to the default worker designated for the
service on the "Maintain Services" screen.
Press F15 to initiate the Refer Incident function. The function key is located on the Incident Participant screen.
