howto: Set up Worker Authorities


Using option 7 on the System Administrator menu 18, the Agency Administrator will grant authorities to workers using ONECase. For example, a workers need a ‘7' level to see Confidential Incidents. Cox will recommend the settings that are appropriate for the workers who will use the system.
