The ONECase starter data base includes a set of prompts or questions to be compiled during the intake process. We call these prompts and the responses Allegation Notes. Agency management should review the standard set provided by Cox and Company to determine whether they are fit the agency’s policies and practices.

The ONECase Agency Administrator maintains the activity overlays using option 12 on the System Administration menu 18. The ‘Maintain CPS Controls’ screen defines the Segment Code for these templates. Cox recommends using the Source Code ‘CPS’.

Each agency will want its own list. Cox and Company will review this list with you during one of the pre-installation planning sessions.
