howto: Check Activity Overlays
ONECase automatically creates “to do” or case activities when a supervisor assigns an incident to a worker for investigation.
Workers or supervisors can also create activities during the investigation process. ONECase stores these activities in groups called
Activity Overlays. Agency management should review the standard set provided by Cox and Company to determine whether they
are fit the agency’s policies and practices.
The ONECase Agency Administrator maintains the activity overlays using option 7 on the System Administration menu 18. Shown
below are several sample case activities that assigning an incident might create. Each agency will want its own list.
Cox and Company will review this list with you during one of the pre-installation planning sessions.
