To select an overlay, place an 'X' (or any character) on the item and press Enter. The program automatically adds the activities defined by the overlay to the worker's activity window. The program does not execute the activity -- you must access the added activities and take the action to complete the task. For more information about activities, read the "Work with Case Activities" guide.
