ADMINISTRATORS

System Administrator

The System Administrator is usually a technical person and may not know much about how much the ONECase programs work. The System Administrator has responsibility for the server and the network much like a network administrator. The Administrator is the only worker who knows the ID with access to the procedure security and controls options on menu 18.

Unit Representatives

The Unit Representatives train workers on how to use ONECase, 2) answer questions from workers in their unit, and 3) send questions and problems to Cox and Company. There are the first line of support for a worker. A worker with a question or need should go through the Unit Rep to get a response. Cox and Company maintains a list of Unit Reps in each county and will send information via email to these people.

Provider Administrators

Large counties may need to assign some of the system administration responsibilities to a Provider Administrator. These persons add and maintain ONECase workers using the “Maintain Workers” option on menu 18.
