These two steps are pre-requisites to doing any Service Planning or adding activities automatically. Before you begin, we must break down each Service provided by a Provider into the processes and activities necessary to deliver the service. That is going to be new ground and we should begin the planning well ahead of the time you want to begin actually keying the data records.
