Step 6: Maintain Services

You will need to define all the Services available in the agency through each Provider. As we have done with the Controls and Provider tables, Cox & Company includes in the ONECase database a set of standard Services. You will no doubt want to add to the list. However, we recommend that you defer as long as possible defining new Services until you have experience with the system.

ONECase has already set-up a set of Services for the Providers in the list above. After thoroughly reviewing the list, you may want to define additional services.

“Maintain Services” Option 5, Menu 18

Use “Maintain Services” to maintain fields in the Service records.
Key the ID of a worker who will be the ‘Default Worker to Receive Referrals’.
Do not add Services at this time.

You will use this procedure to define all the services that your agency provides. Cox & Company will help you figure out the services that your agency needs to set up.
