Step 2: Maintain ONECase Controls

The values defined in the ONECase Controls table describe the environment at each user's site. The values are stored in the ONECase Control table, which contains only one data record per system. Use the ""Work with ONECase Controls" procedure located on Menu 18 to define the control settings for your county.

Only the user G400SEC may maintain the table. Normally, only one user plus a backup at a customer site would be allowed to change the Controls table.

Some of the individual application modules have a controls table also. You will need to set up these tables when you implement each application. The guide which describes each table in located in the section for that application module. Cox & Company will set-up the Controls table for you. However, please take the time to understand how the table affects the operation of the system.

For more information about the Controls table, see the "Work with ONECase Controls" section later in this section of the ONECase procedure guide.
