Appoint Administrator(s) and Unit
Representatives
Agency management should appoint at least one primary and one backup Agency Administrator. These
persons are responsible for maintaining ONECase tables and security for the entire agency.
Your Information Technology Department may want to identify a Systems Administrator who is not the Agency
Administrator. The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining server Ids/passwords and is the
contact within the IT department.
Agency management should appoint primary and backup Unit Representatives. The Unit Reps answer usage
questions, report problems/requests to Cox & Company, and handle initial problem diagnosis and resolution.
After being trained by Cox & Company, the Unit Reps will train workers to use ONECase. Cox & Company will
provide support line assistance through the Unit Reps.
The Administrator(s) provides generic support to all units. The Unit Reps support the workers in their unit.
Email (casey@coxandcompany.com) the names of the Administrators and Unit Reps.
